Online Purchases Return Policy

Items purchased from our online outlet or Amazon store may be returned or exchanged by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Please use the return form & instructions provided with your order.  You may request an exchange for a similar priced product or a refund (except for shipping).  Items returned must be new as received and not damaged in any way including odors such as cigarette smoke. Please use a traceable method of shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if a tracking number is not used. FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. CLICK ON PICS TO READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. Shipping/handling costs are not refundable.


Shipping

Items ship out of our facility within 1 or 2 business days from placing an order. Transient times depend on the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). Tracking numbers are provided & can be found if you log into your customer account.

 

Returns for Purchases Made Elsewhere

We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases that were made at independent retail locations that carry our products.  Those items must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with their return policy.  Items purchased at booth shows & events are considered a final purchase.  Such items are usually sold at special “show only” prices & cannot be returned for a refund.  Exchanges from a show may be considered on an individual basis if you e-mail us your request & explanation.
