Online Purchases Return Policy

Items purchased directly from our online outlet store or Amazon store may be returned for a full refund (except for shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping. Please use the return form & instructions provided with your order.  You may request an exchange for a similar priced product or a refund (except for shipping).  Items returned must be new as received and not damaged in any way including odors such as cigarette smoke. Please use a traceable method of shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if a tracking number is not used. FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. CLICK ON PICS TO READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. Shipping/handling costs are not refundable. Note that we only accept payments through PAYPAL for your protection. Our products can also be found on other online vendors such as Amazon & Ebay.


Shipping (USA Only)

Items ship out of our facility within 1 or 2 business days from placing an order. Transient times depend on the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). Tracking numbers are provided & can be found if you log into your customer account.


International Shipping

We can ship world wide. Please email info@boltheadgear.com  for a quote. We strictly use Priority International Mail with tracking.

 

 

Returns for Purchases Made Elsewhere Including Ebay or Amazon

We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases that were made at independent retail locations or other online vendors that carry our products including Ebay.  Those items must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with their posted return policy.
